Patrick Rinehart
Design and Production
Patrick is an industrial engineer with substantial upholstered furniture industry experience in product development, manufacturing, raw material planning and procurement and product assembly. The breadth of Patrick’s experience from plant manager to executive officer includes multiple plant start-ups and turn-arounds, profit and loss responsibility, production scheduling and management and implementation of Lean and other process improvement techniques.
Keith Zagar
Accounting and Administration
Keith has a background in accounting and law with significant legal and business experience. As an attorney, Keith was a litigation partner in a national law firm specializing in commercial and government contract disputes and later served in various in-house counsel positions, including as General Counsel of a NASDAQ traded company and Associate General Counsel with a major financial services firm. He has founded and operated several successful companies in the past.
